قبل الحرب، كانت غزة تختنق Before the war, Gaza was already struggling
في 2023، الجامعات تشتغل لكن سوق العمل ما يكفي. الفريلانس بدا مخرجاً للجيل الجديد، لكن لا يوجد مكان لاحتضانه. بدأنا النون كمساحة عمل صغيرة في قلب مدينة غزة، تجمع بين الجدّية والمجتمع. In 2023, the universities ran, but the job market didn't. Freelancing looked like a way out for the new generation — except no one had built a place for it. We started Noon as a small workspace in the heart of Gaza, built to combine focus with community.
ثم جاءت الحرب Then the war came
الجامعات تعطلت. البيوت تضررت. الكهرباء انقطعت لأسابيع. لم نُغلق. وسّعنا. أضفنا الأكاديمية لأن الطلاب احتاجوا مهارات سريعة تتحول إلى دخل. أضفنا تمكين إنسان لأن آلاف الطلاب لم يستطيعوا الدفع. صرنا أكثر من مساحة عمل — صرنا بنية بديلة. Universities froze. Homes were damaged. Power went out for weeks. We didn't close. We expanded. We added the Academy because students needed fast, market-ready skills. We added Tamkeen because thousands of students couldn't pay. We stopped being a workspace, and became an alternative infrastructure.
اليوم Today
نخدم 195 عضواً مدفوعاً في السبيس، وأكثر من 11,000 طالب عبر برامج التمكين. لدينا 3 مسارات تدريب نشطة. وما زلنا نبني. We serve 195 paying members at the Space, and 11,000+ students through Tamkeen programs. We have 3 active training tracks. And we keep building.

نحوّل الإنسان من "محتاج" إلى "منتِج" — بمكان يقدر يشتغل فيه، ومهارة تجلب دخلاً، ومجتمع لا يتركه وحده. We turn people from "in need" into "producing" — with a place to work, a skill that earns, and a community that won't leave them alone.
